2002 buick park ave driving lights not working

The daytime running light won't come on. My lights
work fine and the brights will come on. There is no
drl relay I can find nor is there a drl/fog fuse I can
find. How do I get them to work??

Lights work , brights come on but drl isn't. All of the light function work properly including twilight.
