have a 1997 chey blazer sl 4w drive 4 door haveing trouble figger out how to remove the gas filler neck the easy way

it 2 parts metal at top 2 rubber hose big & little then metal at bottom 2 rubber hose big & little to gas tank

but I like your answer. I was thinking abought doing that cutting 2 top hose pull apart at bottom cut off big hose I have new hose .but not little one going to save

usually you can twist/push/pull till it comes loose or your arm gets cramped up , but if it's going to be replaced then cut away
