Shaking

I have a Volvo 2004 V70
when I go up any grade
Hills my car starts shaking
what do you suggest

Tune it up and maybe check the motor mounts.

I recently changed the spark plugs and there was a code for the #4 ignition coil malfunctioning so I replaced it with a new one. The check engine light comes on only when the shaking occurs. And this only happens when I’m going up hill and only when I press on the gas pedal.
