I have a 2001 Volvo V40. It runs very rough. Tested injector pulse with a noid light while running. 2 of the injectors are not getting a signal. What is most likely the problem?

Noid light flashes on 2 of the 4 injector pigtails while the engine is running. How come 2
have no signal?

My DRLS are not working my side lights on the headlights are not working but my night lights are all working... any suggestions
