Remove motor and check for voltage at the plug. Sometime the plug gets burnt, If voltage is present and plug is good, replace blower motor. If no voltage present at the motor plug, troubleshoot back to blower fan relay and fuse

In the fuse box. You should be able to hear and feel which relay clicks on and off as u turn the blower on and off. Some behicles have 2 relays one by the resistor and anotherone in fuse box

One relay clicks on as soon as you turn heater system on, the otherone is for the blower, just so u don't get confussed, make sure u check the one for the blower
