Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We have a S80 2002 Volvo. It seems that the "W" button is engaging by itself. When we stop, put it in neutral, press the "W" button, the problems go away and then comes back. The problem is becoming more frequent. How can we disable this "W" button or where to find the chip to replace it and where we purchase it?

I forgot to mention that after we stop, put it in neutral, and press the "W" button, we then turn off the car and wait 15 seconds. This is known as a reset in the electronic field.
