Volvo S60 (2005)Car stalled out on steep hill

While going down a steep hill my car went dead. Brakes steering wheel etc. froze up. It is
a 5 speed std transmission, but I couldn't pop the glutch to restart, but it did restart at the
base of the hill when it finally was level ground.Could it be something in my fuel tank?
