speed odometer stop working

It does not work sometimes comes on and works for a
little but then goes off also my abs and brake light is on
but when the speed odometer starts working they both go
off can someone help me with this problem please....

are you able to see the speed you are going? if not your vehicle speed sensor is more than likely faulty. before replacing it try unplugging the vehicle speed sensor and plug it back in. if that makes it come back on check the wiring loom for broken wires
Ok will do so I really do appreciate it also that can be the reason why my abs and brake light is on as well??
Yes your abs system uses your vehicles speed to determine when to apply. The abs light will come on when it detects an issue with your brake system and vehicle speed sensor. As far as the brake light you mean the light that comes on when you apply the emergency brake?

Can you scan for codes? You will probably get a code telling you if there is a bad wheel speed sensor or if the ABS module is having issues. It sounds like you may have a bad wheel speed sensor. These can be tested with a multimeter as well. I would test the sensor before replacing it.
