Thinking about purchasing a 2000 Volvo HT Conv. with 55k mis- anything I should be concerned about?

Make sure it was maintained properly, check the Car Fax and have a mechanic check it out. That is very low miles for 17 year old car, if it was garaged and well maintained and the price is right then go for it.
