suburban = truck frame?

Question type: Car Customization

I am wondering the difference between a suburban 2500 frame and an
extended cab short box frame.

Is there differences in the frame or are they mostly the same?
It looks like the suburban frame is fairly flat until it gets to the rear axle area
where the truck frame bends at where the cab ends and the box starts.

Can anyone confirm?

You are correct. You cannot swap the frames.
