would a mazda miata donut spare for wheel size 15x7.5 fit a wheel size 17x8 of
a miata?

A 15 inch tire will not fit a 17 inch wheel if that is what you are asking.

I dont think thats what he is asking. I think it's will the 15" spare doughnut work on a car with 17" tires.....
