Not starting but strong crank

Stater my 1998 Chevy blazer up and drove
down the street and started to bog out and
shut off.still wanted to crank.replaced fuel
pump and fuel filter and still won't start.but
still strong crank.

I think you still have a fuel issue. I would do a fuel bleed down test. Fuel pressure should be 56 to 63 lbs. Connect a fuel pressure gauge to the schrader valve on the intake, cycle the key to build up pressure, with the key off, watch the pressure gauge. It should not drop in pressure more than 5 lbs. in 3 minutes. If it does, then that means there is leaking fuel injectors, spider lines or regulator. It is recommended to replace all as a unit.
