How to make a car bluetooth compatible

I have an 2006 Acura RL. I use the radio transmitter but its still crappy and you can't hear the actual quality of the sound system. Is there a possible way to make the car Bluetooth compatible? or even add a auxiliary jack?

Not cheap but .. that is Acura, 134.00, It gives you BT and Aux input. https://www.amazon.com/USA-BT45-ACU-Bluetooth-Select-2005-2009/dp/B00NUDEIWA
