Jerks while turning exteme right or left at low speed

I have Touareg V8 2004, i am regularly having problem. while turning extreme
lef or right i can hear the sound and jerks. No one able to identify the issue.
someone said change the battery. But it didt worked.

I would check your C/V joints and front suspension

Had the same thing happen in my wife’s VW, it was the CV joints, replaced both axle assemblies and no more problem.

Thanks Jeff and G A for your suggestions. unfortunately I just replaced both CV Joints :( but the problem is still there.

Then maybe the steering stops are worn or misadjusted.
