where is the relay located for the secondary cooling fan the one that delays and comes on when hot

my secondary fan that delays and comes on when hot is not coming on and causing the fluid to bubble out the radiator resevoir. the car isnt indicating that it is gettng hot other than needing to add fluid more than 4 times a week and isnt running ruff. thank you

If the temp gage isn't climbing to the red, your fan systems are fine. Now, if your coolant cap isn't holding pressure correctly, it will allow boil-off. The reservoir may have a small crack or the cap seal is cockeyed. One way to check the secondary fan relay is to run the A/C...both fans should kick on.
