How do I post a review for a dealer?

Electra Auto Sales in Charlotte, NC sold me a car. The car had a passenger window with a offline regulator. The window would not ascend nor descend evenly. They promised to fix before I came back to pick up the car as well as replace a broken engine mount in two weeks. They said they were very busy and didn't have time.  They continued to brush me off for the next 4 weeks. They would say they ordered the parts but they haven't come in yet. Finally caught up with the owner and he said I would have to pay $100.00 for parts and $90.00 for the labor for this, because he wasn't making much money on the sale.
