Electrical huh? have the battery checked 12.6 volts and load tested to CCA rate. how do the terminals look green , fuzzy corrode? IF, no are they tight? The Vw, probably has a bad ground if the battery is Ok. Request, someone with a multimeter do a starter circuit voltage drop test very easy. Regards
