My passat wont work and i have replaced the starter . It will push start but wont start on its own and my windows will also not work . PLEASE HELP

have you tried checking the fuses and relays? problems can often be solved quickly by taking the car in to a vw/Audi Specialist shop to have the codes scanned which also has the computer diagnosed for any faults that have happened over time as well.

The above answer is correct, and I also suggest that the ignition switch (electric part behind the key cylinder) may be worn out, or the car's alarm system is keeping the car from cranking over.
