Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2006 2.5 Beetle. When I took the cartridge off of the housing the center piece came with it and the spring mechanism came out also. Do you happen to have the schematics on how to put the pieces back together? Much appreiated

I'm not sure it will go back together. I've been through several forums and picture searches with no diagram or description of repairing the housing. There are plenty of replacement housings available, leading me to believe the part in non-reparable. If there's a local VW shop near you, you should take it to the service desk and get some advice on it. You'ld be surprised how helpful the techs are.
