yes trading it in would be the idea

There has been alot of question,s on this issue with the tahoe,s,seem,s to be in the wiring,as noted from alot of other poster,s,for the turn signal issue check the flasher relay,for the brake light,s if bulbs, are good,check the wiring and socket,s where the bulb,s go in,all so if it has third brake light,make sure it is not blowed,it will cause all of them not to work.

Ok and the center brake light works no issues there I'm also going to check the flasher relay to see if that the issue with the signals always something and thanks for response
