What is the value of a non-running 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe, motor seized, transmission needs reworked and needs new starter?

Tahoe has been sitting up for approximately 3 years.  Engine will not turn over.

Auction it on line, start with a low price depending on the overall condition of the rest of the truck. Mileage is important because the other parts are always considered in a rebuild or parting out of the truck. Pete

$500 is about right. Regardless of the rest of the truck engine trans stirring 3 years gona take l it’s to get it going?
