Is a 70k mile 2002 jetta wagon witha clean carfax worth buying?

I found a 2002 Jetta GLS wagon for sale with a clean carfax for 5100.
It has 72k miles on it.

What should I offer price wise?

That's a low mileage so it would be priced higher. If you can't find a local value using KBB.com and/or Edmunds.com, go to eBay and follow some auctions to see what people are really paying. -- The problem is that parts are going to dry up and repairs are going to get expensive in a few years.
