Okay It Seems Everytime Im Comming 2 A Stop &
Begin To Brake, My Truck Jolts Like Back N Forth
Before I Come 2 A Complete Stop...
And When Im Driving At Freeway Speeds Before I
Begin To Brake To Come 2 A Stop Its Like My Truck
Jolts & Shakes More & I Can Feel It N When I
Brake...
What Could This Be??

Your rotors may be warped from over torquing the lug nuts. Or something is worn and needs replaced or loose which in this case I would have it put on a lift and have a good look around.

anti lock brake system failure ? scan for codes, let us know what happens .

I've seen that happen on drum brakes but not on disk .. on drum brakes if somethings loose the leading edge of a brake shoe grabs the drum when brakes are applied and locks the wheel momentarily

yes sirreee , pull the drums off and make sure the retaining springs are alive and well and tight , I was surprised when I got the rebuild kit/springs for under $20**
