I'd go directly to the MFI system (Spider injector set ) they ate notoriously awful they cause skipping , rough idle slow throttle response etc. Instead of repairing they ha e an upgrade to a better system that will not only rid you of your misfire issues but give you all around better drivabikity ,better power ,smoother idle and in most cases better fuel mileage ..look up 99 Suburban MFI upgrade on Google ..it will give you more information and it's about 100 or so bucks more than the stock antequated system on it now .Good luck
