High RPM's

Question type: General

I have a mk4 2.0 5 speed manual and I was wondering if
it's bad to drive the car at high rpms. In 5th gear around
3500 I'm only going 60. I haven't really drove on the
highway much because of it and I was wondering if it's ok
to do?
