2001 VW Golf GL Blowing fuses and need help

So I traded a 99 accord for a 01 golf and am working on this and I can't figure it out.
So the cluster light and the back left tail light and i figured that it was the fuse so i
changed all the fuses related to the cluster and it came on! For about 10 minutes then
turned off and so did the back left light. I'm about to honestly punch a hole in the wall.
I was at Sams club and I turned the car on and flicked the lights on and then the right
front one turned off also. I know it's not the bulb because I just changed the lights.

Check the bus and their sockets carefully for corrosion. Did the cluster fuse blow again?

It blew after I changed the fuses and then I just left it and went online to research it. Also what is a Bus?

Those bulb holders may have shorted, maybe because they got wet, and caused fuses to blow. Thats first On your list and hopefully are the solution.
