yes it can. if its super dead then it will require a little more time for it to be hooked up to the other car.

Hello if your battery is so died that u put jumping cable on it and it take a will to do it. Well there is a faster way to charge the battery. Don't do this often cuz it can hurt your computer on the car but if ur alternayer is no good then don't try this but if it good shape then take off ur battery and put some one elses in and start ur car then take that guy battery off and put urs on ur car well still run will it charging but drive it at less 10 to 20 mills then u should be good.
