1997 doors will not lock from passenger side

My 1997 Eurovan camper will not let me lock the doors from the passenger side. When
you turn the key to lock,  the locks pop right back up. Also sometimes the big side door
latch sticks and I have to lock and unlock a few times to get it to open. Any ideas?
