The Bentley Manual does not show this configuration. Is it original equipment? enrik

each 9 mm bolt has its own nut / reinforcement loose steel plate underneath vehicle to provide rigidity to corrugated undercarriage panel. I recommend a cold beer and a partner to secure bolt head with wrench on topside while you go underneath vehicle and turn nut. be ready for falling grit & debris in your face and a resulting dirty shirt. lifting one side of vehicle in rear using vehicles jack gives more room to work underneath vehicle. be safe.
