The amount of work necessary to do this is not worth it. I am sure it would take a lot of fabrication plus changing the transmission and rear axle plus all kinds of brackets, linkage, etc. Unless you are doing all the work yourself, it's gonna cost a large sum of money and you would end up with a one off car.
