No fuel getting into cylinders on a 1990 d16

can you hear the fuel pump run? check fuel pump relay. check if there is power to the fuel pump.

Yes I can hear the fuel pump kick on I can even see it misting fuel into the throttle body it's just not getting into the cylinders

once the fuel is that far, i think it gets to the cylinders. I would check and make sure you have spark.

I got spark on all plugs I think the lifters might be stuck or collapsed I'm not sure
