need to part w/ my 1989 honda accord

It squeaks something terrible. cant figure it out. It has an oil leak somewhere. doesnt seem to ever need oil added. yet the engine smokes from splattered oil after long drives. great gas mileage, love the car. its a get up and go car. tired of the loud squeaks. what do you think its worth for sale?

When does it squeak when driving or idle. I have a 88 lx and most leaks come from the distributor seal.
