headlights only work on high beam -- how to repair?

Asked by KFreeman Sep 29, 2012 at 08:26 AM about the 1988 Honda Accord LXi Hatchback

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The lights are the retractable kind but when they open, they dno't work on low beam, only high beam.  Very strange.  The parking lights work okay.  It doesn't seem to be a fuse as they both work off the same one.  How do i correct this?
