1980 Honda Accord fuse runs hot. Can't find fuse specifications in the manual!

One fuse in the fuse box is running hot. I can't find the fuse box diagram in the manual!! I need to know what amp and v to use for each fuse so I can change out the one that is hot.

So sorry...I finally figured out the amps are listed at the top of the slot for each fuse. Live, learn, rejoice!!
