How to tune-up a 1989 toyato camry V6 .

The first thing that comes to mind is the necessity to replace the spark plugs. Difficult to do on the REAR plugs on this engine. Change the Air filter and the Gas filter...oil...filter and based on mileage....change the Timing Belt. .... a job for a pro. Any other suggestions out there?
