I have a 2006 SLK 350. My hardtop switch does not work. There is no light indicating that it works. Any suggestion on how to get it to work

Thank you for your response Tom. Could it be that a fuse is out for that switch?

i would check your fuse 1st ! then test to see if switch is getting power and that it is working ! if no go then have a look in the boot cover right hand side and check the electric plug that powers the pump is ok !
