1995 SL 500

I have a 1995 SL500.  I was putting the soft top up and it stopped with the roof pointing straight up. The up/down button light is blinking and the windows do not go up.  I have looked at the fuses under the hood and In the trunk.  They all look good.  Anybody got a good guess?  Thanks.
