I just turned on my car and instead of it showing me the mileage... it reads with a graphic of a wrench and the number 600.  Anyone know what that means?  Thanks

This probably means that you need to get your car serviced in 600 miles. You should schedule a maintenance appointment with your nearest MB dealer.
