need detailed repair manual on the rear tailgate attached spare wheel carrier swivel mechanism

the accessory that attaches the spare wheel under the rear bumper is seized and will not open out. Please advise me if you have any service details on this repair.

Hello Your best bet for finding this type of repair guidance is to either pick up the Chilton's guide at your local AutoZone or similar store, or else search for it on eBay. There is currently a complete manual in an auction on ebay that I think may be just what you are looking for.
