Central locking doesn’t work clk 320

My central locking does not work at all
I took it to dealership and they said we can’t
see anything in the scan
Does any one know what it can be ? I got two
keys and they both don’t work

Does the mechanical key in the fob work? Are you sure both batteries are alive? DO both keys start the car?
