How to fix misfire on a car

my Mercedes-Benz clk 430 is
misfiring in five and six in I can't
work out why does doing it it was
misfiring in 1 and 6 I replaced the
spark plug wires and it's not
misfiring in one now it's miss
firing  in five or six

Be sure the wires are connected properly (2 per cylinder/coil.) Be sure coils only feed one cylinder, that you haven't split the wires between coils This might be helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hDQGR_BzXCQ
