sadly the c-class has so many electrical issues, even more sad is the fact that up through 08 the issues still haven't been resolved.

What's sad is someone gives an opinion without a possible solution. Normal quiescent draw on your car is 20 mA. At that rate a good battery will never fail. What's common on your car, which I assume has power/memory seats, is the seat control units. One is probably not shutting off which will cause other control units to stay turned on thus draining the battery quickly. To test, put a fused amp meter in series with the battery. Simply remove the fuses for the seat control units, which are located on the back of the headlight switch. There's a cover that just pops off for access. If you don't have an amp meter then just leave them out for a while a see if the battery stays up overnight. Put one back in .... and so on until you figure which one is bad. The control units are under the front seats.

Thanks Ted. What is 20 mA? Another issue would be the vanity lights on the visors stop lighting up and the head rest in the back seat stop rising. Are these issues as well of fuses?
