Tom is correct - most likely transmission issues. Has the tranny fluid and filter ever been changed. This is a very often a forgotten maintenance duty. Mercedes transmissions require far more frequent flushes than do other makes. Some MB's are every 39k miles while other cars may be every 100k miles.

I will have to check the fluid this weekend, because I do not remember the last time it was checked. Thanks guys at least this give me a direction.
