Gentlemen I need some help about my yaris 2007, I connect the battery cables in the wrong position and now the car won't accelerate....any help

i hv problem but i coudn,t found that problem what happennig. 1st show fuse change all blowen fuse after start engine but not worke p/s, abs. comes chek engine,not worke shift lock. i think some times any ground connection weir short and no connect any where, chek weir hunnes.

Just happened to my 2007 yaris. It starts but alternator, power steering, rear lights, inside fan are not working. Part of the fuses inside box is not working. ANY HELP PLEASE? Might be a major fuse or relay that goes down when we plug the battery on the wrong way. Thanks
