FIXED !!! Bad ground. Wiring Diagram indicates ground is on rear of engine on passenger side. NOT, It's on the Drivers side of engine near the front. Traced the grn wire from the Thermostat back to the Ground nut on engine. It was tight, but took it off, wire brushed bolt, wire and engine. Took about 12 on/offs and several miles of driving.
