listen for or inspect the actuator door to open when you hit the button or , , access the two hoses of the heater core at the firewall under the hood , see if you can get a hose on one to see if it flows through fully , to see if it's clogged , which ever is easier
On a hot running engine, grab the 2 water hoses coming out of the fire wall. BOTH should be hot, if not, report back, easy fix with a garden hose.
