Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2003 cummins with a 5 inch straight pipe, 3.5inch intake elbow, cold
air intake, and a 72mm ATS turbo. If I drive my truck for 45+ minutes on the
freeway and get off the freeway my truck runs about 210-220 degrees? Or if
I am in traffic for 5-10 minutes itll start to creep up to around 210-215... I
have replaced my fan clutch, thermostat, and water pump but still no
solution. Any ideas?

Did you purge the cooling system while filling? Have you check the coolant level. Did you use the OEM thermostat or at least the correct one for your vehicle?

Yes, I purged the system and the coolant is full and flowing when the radiator cap is off and at operating temperature. Do you think a Mishimoto will make that big of a difference?

The Mishimoto 3 row core will help. Has it ever overheated? A crack in a head gasket will introduce exhaust fumes into the cooling system and can cause overheating as well. An inexpensive chemical block test can be done to rule this out.
