Are the glow plugs heating up enough?

^There are no glow plugs on a Cummins. They use a grid heater. When you say it's getting fuel, how do you know? What kind of fuel pressure is the pump putting out? Any symptoms before this happened or was it just an overnight thing? What's your rail pressure while cranking? How many miles on the truck? '03 trucks are terrible about injectors having high return rates which won't allow the truck to start because there is not enough rail pressure . Could have also popped a pressure relief valve on the rail but they will usually at least start when they do that.
