i have a 2000 astro van ....the divers door and the passenger door will not open using the keyless remote or the manual door opener...only the side and rear doors will unlock with either of these two methods... could it be the actuator or a module for the unlocking of the doors

it could be... the vehicle is 13 years old... and i have seen wires get broken (inside the boot going from the car to the door) over time just because of opening and closing the doors. it could be a relay issue as well.. the first thing i would do would be to check continuity on the lock and unlock wires to that door. if not i would take the door panel off and check the connection for corrosion issues.
