2006 Ram 1500 problem with fuel delivery

Ran my 1500 low on gas and put some ot.  
Minutes after getting gas the trucks starts to
run rough, and eventually stalls.  
The truck will run in starting fluid.  Fuel pump
works and there is 58 pounds of pressure at
the rail.  Is there something I’m missing?  I
bought a manual and have begun give big
through the troubleshooting.  I’m lost.

Check purge canister there is a hose runs from it make sure they are all good and seated

You may have sucked up gunk at the bottom of the tank. Install a new fuel filter.
